Job Description:
- Our insurance agency is an independent insurance agency looking for an experienced salesperson to join our team... This position will assist in promoting the growth of the agency. The role will focus on managing an existing book and developing organic new business through leads/referral sources.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers, reviewing policies, writing new business.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Insurance: 5 Years experience
- High level of initiative and able to work well with a team
- Motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, and skilled negotiator
- Strong technical capacity with knowledge of Microsoft Office software products
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
