Our agency is looking for a highly motivated and professional client success manager to oversee functions at our front desk. As the ‘face’ of our company, the successful candidate should be enthusiastic about providing our clients and co-workers with an exceptional first impression. You will perform a range of duties which include being the first point of contact for all visitors at the office, answering the phones, maintaining office appearance & supplies, sorting and filing incoming and outgoing mail, assisting customers with general billing & policy inquiries, managing social media pages, and coordinating community outreach initiatives. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Duties/Essential Functions
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming client/employee requests
- Assist in managing social media accounts
- Direct and manage incoming and outgoing agency mail and packages
- Handle general policy & billing inquiries from clients
- Daily monitoring of insurance policy activities
- Maintain key contact info for clients & company partners
- Track and order office equipment and supplies for the agency
- Monitors common areas to maintain a professional appearance
- Assisting agency management with other tasks upon requests
Skill/Qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent social media skills, including a passion for developing great content
- Positive attitude and proactive client service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-oriented environment
- Takes initiative to solve problems
Minimum Experience / Education
- At least two years of experience in a professional environment, and/or recently obtained 4 year college degree

Compensación: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
